For the taco shells:

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Golden Oreos)
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For topping:

  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or fresh strawberries with jam)
  • Extra crushed graham crackers / Golden Oreos
  • Fresh strawberries & whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Taco Shells – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and graham crumbs. Drape over oven rack bars (to form taco shape) and bake 5–7 min until golden & crisp. Cool completely.
  2. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling – Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in vanilla and whipped cream until fluffy.
  3. Assemble the Tacos – Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into cooled taco shells. Top with strawberry pie filling. Sprinkle with extra crushed grahams or Oreos.
  4. Garnish & Serve – Add fresh strawberries and a swirl of whipped cream on top. Serve immediately for the crunchiest texture!
