For the taco shells:
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Golden Oreos)
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the cheesecake filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For topping:
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or fresh strawberries with jam)
- Extra crushed graham crackers / Golden Oreos
- Fresh strawberries & whipped cream for garnish
- Make the Taco Shells – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and graham crumbs. Drape over oven rack bars (to form taco shape) and bake 5–7 min until golden & crisp. Cool completely.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling – Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in vanilla and whipped cream until fluffy.
- Assemble the Tacos – Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into cooled taco shells. Top with strawberry pie filling. Sprinkle with extra crushed grahams or Oreos.
- Garnish & Serve – Add fresh strawberries and a swirl of whipped cream on top. Serve immediately for the crunchiest texture!
