  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup litchi (lychee) puree (fresh or canned)
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp gelatin (or agar-agar for a vegetarian option)
  • 2 tbsp warm water

For Garnish:

  • Crushed pistachios
  • Dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Gelatin: Dissolve gelatin (or agar-agar) in 2 tbsp warm water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the Mixture:
    1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, milk, sugar, and rose syrup over low heat.
    2. Stir gently until the sugar fully dissolves.
    3. Add the litchi (lychee) puree and mix well.
  3. Combine & Set:
    1. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the bloomed gelatin.
    2. Stir continuously until the gelatin is fully dissolved and evenly incorporated.
    3. Pour the mixture into dessert glasses or ramekins.
    4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  4. Garnish & Serve:
    1. Once set, sprinkle with crushed pistachios and dried rose petals for an elegant touch.
    2. Serve chilled and enjoy the delicate floral aroma and creamy texture!

Notes

  • Make sure to refrigerate the Panna Cotta for at least 4 hours to set properly.
