  • 8 large eggs

Milk Mixture:

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded & diced (leave seeds for more heat)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened & cubed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Mix the Base: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill the Muffin Cups: Divide bacon, jalapeños, cream cheese, and cheddar evenly into muffin cups. Pour egg mixture over the top.
