  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Topping:

  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine ingredients: Mix wet and dry ingredients, then pour into the pan.
  5. Add topping: Top with banana slices and bake for 30–35 minutes.
