For the Bananas Foster Base:
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
For the Lava Cake Batter:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 oz white chocolate (or dark chocolate for variation)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
For Garnish:

- Prepare Ramekins: Grease ramekins with butter. Layer bananas, pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter in each ramekin.
