A vibrant, Japanese-style crepe cone filled with pillowy soft strawberries and bananas, clouds of whipped cream, and a drizzle of Nutella—perfectly styled in a handheld cone for a playful street‑food treat.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crepes:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella (or drizzle of choice)

Instructions

  1. Mix Crepe Batter: In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Let batter rest 15 minutes.
  2. Cook Crepes: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Pour a small ladleful and swirl to create a thin round crepe. Cook 1 minute until set, then flip and cook 15 seconds. Stack cooked crepes.
  3. Whip Cream: Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  4. Assemble: To assemble, wrap one crepe in cone shape using parchment or food-safe cone cup. Pipe or spoon whipped cream into crepe, then layer strawberry and banana slices. Drizzle Nutella on top.
  5. Serve: Serve immediately, handheld and styled, garnished with extra berries if desired.
