Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping:

  • 1 banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, pour into the pan.
  5. Top with banana slices and bake for 30–35 minutes.
