Heavenly Lemon Oreo Dessert is an incredible no-bake dessert that combines the sweet creaminess of Cool Whip and cream cheese with a refreshing hint of lemon on a Golden Oreo cookie crust.

    Crust:

  • 1 package (14.3 ounces) Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • Lemon Pudding Layer:

  • 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 ¼ cups milk
  • Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 block (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies: Crush all Oreo cookies and reserve 3/4 cup for topping.
  2. Prepare Crust: Grease a 9×13-inch dish, spread remaining crumbs, pour melted butter, press into a crust.
  3. Prepare Lemon Pudding: Mix pudding mixes with milk, chill for 5 minutes.
  4. Prepare Cream Cheese Layer: Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip.
  5. Assemble: Layer cream cheese mixture over crust, top with lemon pudding, Cool Whip, and crushed Oreos.
  6. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for 2 hours, cut into squares, and enjoy!
