For the Dulce de Leche Cream Filling:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Topping:

  • Whipped cream (piped or spooned)
  • Cocoa powder (for dusting)
  • Drizzle of dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Make the Crepes – In a blender, combine flour, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth. Chill the batter. Cook crepes in a skillet. Stack and set aside.
