For the Crispy Chicken Snack Wrap:

  • 4 small flour tortillas (6-inch size)
  • 4 crispy chicken tenders (homemade or frozen & cooked)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or honey mustard, optional)

Optional Homemade Crispy Chicken Tenders:

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. For Homemade Crispy Chicken Tenders: Soak chicken strips in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Assembly Instructions: Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave. Layer lettuce in the center of each tortilla. Place one chicken tender on top of the lettuce. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken. Drizzle ranch dressing generously on top. Wrap it up! Fold the sides and roll into a snug wrap. Serve immediately!
