    Ravioli:

  • 1 package cheese ravioli, cooked
  • Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook Ravioli: Cook ravioli according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and oil. Sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add white wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in cream and parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Combine and Serve: Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and toss gently. Season with salt, pepper, and top with parsley before serving.
