  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

For Topping:

  • 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Stir in vanilla, cereal, and coconut. Mix well.
  3. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Sprinkle more coconut on top.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.
