Pizza Dough:

  • 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Buffalo Chicken:

  • 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

Cheese:

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar (optional)

Drizzle & Garnish:

  • 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing (for drizzle)
  • 2 sliced green onions (for garnish)

Additional:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep Oven & Dough: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  2. Buffalo Chicken Mix: Toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  3. Assemble Pizza: Brush dough lightly with olive oil. Spread buffalo chicken evenly on top. Add mozzarella and any other cheeses.
  4. Bake: Bake 12–14 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Finish & Serve: Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Sprinkle green onions over the top. Slice and serve hot!
