Instructions

  2. Add dry ingredients: Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare filling: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a small bowl.
  4. Assemble cookies: Scoop dough, flatten slightly, add filling, top with another dough disk, seal edges, and shape into a round cookie.
