Filling

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Glaze

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and egg. Add flour and mix until a soft, tacky dough forms. Let rise until doubled in size.
  2. Roll Out the Dough: Roll the dough into a 12×18-inch rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll up and slice into 12 pieces.
